Use of the site

CXDecoded provides editorial comparisons, guides and interactive tools for evaluating contact-centre AI and CCaaS software. You may use the site for your own research and internal business evaluation. You may not scrape, republish or resell our content or data at scale without written permission.

Content and tools are provided “as is”. Markets move quickly: vendor features, pricing, integrations and ratings change, and we make no warranty that any item is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. Tool outputs — including scorecards, shortlists and ROI projections — are directional estimates, not advice or a recommendation to contract with any vendor.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CXDecoded is not liable for losses arising from decisions made in reliance on the site. Your relationship with any vendor you engage — including any purchase, trial or data sharing — is between you and that vendor, on their terms.

Intellectual property

The CXDecoded name, site design, editorial content and scoring methodology are ours. Vendor names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance implies no endorsement in either direction.

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the current version always lives at this address. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
