CXDecoded is set up by digital leaders to demystify the CX world as it stands today. Plain answers about how this site works, who pays us, and what our content is — and isn't.

Who we are

CXDecoded is an independent editorial site covering the contact-centre AI and CCaaS market. We are practitioners and digital leaders, not a vendor — we don't sell software, and no vendor owns or controls this site.

How we cover our costs

Some links on this site are partner links. If you request a demo, trial or consultation through them, the vendor may pay us a referral fee. This is how we fund the research. Two commitments in exchange:

• Partner status never changes a score. Comparisons are scored on published criteria, and we name where every tool — partner or not — genuinely wins and where it gives ground.
• Partner relationships are labelled wherever they appear, in shortlists, tables and CTAs.

What our content is

Comparisons, tools, calculators and guides on this site are editorial research and directional estimates — not professional, legal, financial or procurement advice. Figures such as ROI projections are simplified models; validate them against your own operation before making buying decisions. Vendor capabilities, pricing and integrations change frequently — we update regularly, but always confirm current details with the vendor before contracting.

Accuracy

We work from vendors' published documentation, public case studies, analyst coverage and hands-on market experience. If you spot something out of date, we want to know — contact us and we'll review it.
